The Great Synergy
There is accelerated synergy and better handholding between Apple team and ThoughtSol team. We have a strong collaborative relationship with Apple, including regular training sessions, provision of demo units, and timely availability of new products, says Bindiya Vohra, Co-founder and Director – Digital Solutions at ThoughtSol. MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones lead the pack for upsell and cross-sell opportunities among our existing customer base, she adds.

Th e-store on ThoughtSol website is also showing good growth. ThoughtSol expects its e-store to contribute substantially from the overall Apple Business revenues, in next couple of years.
Mobiles are the best-selling products there, driven by Apple’s attractive pricing and high-quality devices. The USPs of the Apple products on the e-store versus other resellers in India include fast delivery, competitive pricing and exceptional customer service, says Vinet.
Does ThoughtSol foresee a change in 2024 or any new offering of Apple contributing more to it’s revenues? “Yes, we anticipate the MacBook to significantly contribute, potentially accounting for up to 70% of our revenues from Apple products,” says Vinet Kuumar, founder and CEO, ThoughtSol.
