SHIPPING POLICY

·         ThoughtSol Infotech takes full responsibility of delivering the products within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

·         We will not be held responsible for any discrepancy in delivered product if the buyer fails to inform us within 24 hours of receipt of product.

·         No extra delivery charges are applied on any orders. 

·         We offer door-step delivery across India.

·         No cash on delivery option available other than in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad.

·         We also offer facility for customers to pick their products from our headquarter situated in Delhi.
