PAYMENTS
How do I pay for a ThoughtSol purchase?
ThoughtSol offers you online payment
transactions for any purchase. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can
rest assured that ThoughtSol ‘s trusted payment gateway partners use secure
encryption technology to always keep your transaction details confidential.
You may use Internet Banking or EMI Option to
make your purchase.
ThoughtSol also accepts payments made using
Visa, MasterCard.
Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales
Tax) when I make a purchase on ThoughtSol?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a
purchase on ThoughtSol. The prices listed for all the items are final and
all-inclusive. Also, there are no delivery charges. The price you see on the
product page is exactly what you pay.
How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards
issued in India.
Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard.
To pay using your credit card at checkout,
you will need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number (found
on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be
redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa and
MasterCard.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you
will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and
three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be
redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued
by your bank) to complete the payment.

ThoughtSol?
Your online transaction on ThoughtSol is

What steps does ThoughtSol take to prevent
card fraud?
ThoughtSol realizes the importance of strong
fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners
monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially
fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.
In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is
unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is
kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The
ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine
cardholder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers
and requests them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and
secure environment for online transactions.

How do I make a payment using ThoughtSol’s
credit card EMI option?
Once you’ve added the desired items to your
ThoughtSol shopping cart, proceed with your order as usual by entering your
address. When you’re prompted to choose a payment mode for your order, select
‘EMI’ & follow these simple steps:

Choose your credit card issuing bank you wish to pay from

Select the EMI plan of your preference
·
Enter your credit card details
·
Click ‘Save and Pay’
Please note that the full amount will be charged to your card on the day of
the transaction.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns is a scheme provided by ThoughtSol
directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange,
replacement and/ or refund is offered to you. All products listed on
ThoughtSol’s website have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement
policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the returns policy.
The return policy is explained below:
Returns Pick-Up and Processing
During pick-up, your product will be checked
for the following conditions:
The field executive will refuse to accept the
return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a
refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product
has been received by the seller.
General Rules for a successful Return

In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for
any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given
·
For products where installation is provided by ThoughtSol’s service
partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. ThoughtSol’s
authorised personnel shall help in the unboxing and installation of the
product.
‘In case the product was not delivered, and
you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days
from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.’
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You can check the status of the product replacement, you requested. In
most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of
pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally
delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for
your replacement request for more details.

The items cannot be returned after the time-period mentioned in the
seller’s Returns Policy.

You can raise the request to return your items with these simple steps:
1. Log into your ThoughtSol account
2. Go to My Orders
3. Click on ‘Return’ against the item you
wish to return or exchange
4. Fill in the details and raise a return
request
Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email
and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item,
your request may be automatically approved, or you may be contacted for more
details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you
will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return
request instantly from the ‘My Orders’ section of your ThoughtSol account.
