Ratan is an experienced professional in the Infrastructure Technology Solutions design and deployment space, with over 25+ years of experience in leadership roles at Oracle India and Progressive Infotech. He has successfully led and managed Converged Infrastructure practices, support, and professional services leveraging geographically distributed teams.

Prior to co-founding ThoughtSol Infotech, Ratan played multiple leadership roles at Progressive Infotech as Vice President – Enterprise Sales and Head-Converged Infra & Cloud, he was instrumental in winning many strategic high-value deals and running independent P&L units. He was also influential in setting up the Technology Solutions Practice at Progressive Infotech. His core strength lies in designing & deploying Data Centre Infrastructure Solutions ranging from Data Centre Transformation, Server Virtualization, Storage Optimization, Data Protection, Network & Security Solutions and Unified Communication.

BINDIYA VOHRA

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR – DIGITAL SOLUTIONS

Bindiya is an experienced professional with 25+ years of experience in the IT and Aviation industries. Prior founding ThoughtSol Infotech, she worked in corporate affairs with Indigo Airlines. Her past roles have given her a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Relationship Management and Business Development.

In 1994, she began her career as part of IT Service Operations with M/s IT &T Pvt.Ltd and was the custodian of relationship Management for many large customers. Later, she moved to progressive infotech pvt. Ltd and further moved into the Aviation industry as a part of Corporate Affairs across leading Airlines like Air Sahara and Jet Airways. Bindiya is a hardworking and successful professional who comes from a humble family background. She is highly skilled in Customer Relationship Management and is an excellent leader and team player.

SAKET VOHRA

CO-FOUNDER CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER- CLIENT SUCCESS

Saket is a highly experienced IT professional with 28 years of experience in the industry. He has worked for leading IT services companies such as IT&T and Progressive Infotech, and his exposure to global standards has helped him develop strong leadership skills.

During his tenure in these organizations, Saket has been involved in setting up innovative new initiatives like the 3rd Party Test and Repair centre (TRC) for IT&T and turning it into a profit centre. Additionally, he successfully led projects such as ISO 20000 and 27000 certifications and is a lead auditor and 27000 trained masters’ professional. His talent lies in identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate product and service offerings. He has demonstrated abilities to gain customer trust and provide exceptional follow-up, leading to increased repeat and referral business.

YOGESH PAL

VICE PRESIDENT – GOVT BUSINESS

Yogesh is an experienced IT System Integration professional with 27+ years of experience across PSU and Various State/Centre Govt. and Defence/DRDO Establishments. He has proven capabilities to interface with pre-sales groups to ensure product solutions meet customer requirements and is an asset especially in Government, PSU, Defence and Education Verticals.

He is enriched and has sharpened his skills with experience working for global organizations like Dell India by handling their Government Business across various states in North India. He has gathered a wealth of knowledge and has learnt the nitty-gritty of businesses while working with Progressive Infotech as their Regional Manager for the South India Market. He was also instrumental in establishing and managing their various offices across southern India.

RAJESH SACHDEVA

VICE PRESIDENT - CLOUD SOLUTIONS

Rajesh has 24 years of experience in the Infrastructure Technology Solutions design and deployment space. He has worked & led the Cloud Managed Services & Hybrid IT Service delivery for leading Cloud Integrator at the country level across distributed teams. Before joining ThoughtSol Infotech, Rajesh has worked in multiple Senior Management roles in Progressive Infotech ranging from leading the Service delivery of HPE Hybrid IT Solutions.

Rajesh was also instrumental in setting up the Backup as a Service offering for Progressive and played a significant role in managing the Remote Infrastructure managed services for customers and handling the 24x7 support across PAN India. He has an excellent track record of building and delivering managed services practice across all – on prime, Hybrid IT, as well as Cloud Managed Services.

His core strength lies in designing & deploying Cloud Infra solutions both on AWS & MS Azure. Rajesh is also AWS – Solution Architect Professional & Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certified.

B.N MURTHY GOWDA

VICE PRESIDENT – CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE

B.N. Murthy has a rich professional experience of 23 years in the IT industry. He has played significant roles in leading IT Services companies like Progressive Infotech. This long journey has exposed him to understanding the nuts & bolts of IT services, helping him build strong leadership qualities, customer relationship management & people management qualities.

During his tenure in this organization, he was involved in setting up new territory / Business Units across South India. He has also led and managed large teams of service contracts, support, and professional services for Progressive Infotech leveraging the south market.

His differentiating qualities include being a self-driven person who understands what customer needs and delivers them on time. He is also a people person, and his positive attitude keeps the team motivated.
