Some experiences don't just stay in your memory, they quietly rewire the way you think. Tejas, our Annual Conference 2026, was one of those experiences. A space where vision is spoken aloud, where ideas collide with intention, and where the people who drive ThoughtSol forward come together as one. ๐๐๐๐๐ was not another off-site for our team. It was a reflection of who we are and where we are headed.

It signals a shift toward sharper execution, deeper technical excellence, and the ability to navigate complexity with focus and discipline as we move into our next phase of growth.
Bringing this vision to life, from 8th to 11th April, more than 80 passionate minds from ThoughtSol gathered amidst the wilderness of Jim Corbett National Park at The Riverview Retreat.
The conference commenced with a strong sense of purpose and anticipation. The tone was set with a powerful address on the accelerating impact of AI and digital transformation. Before the sun painted the sky, the team embarked on a thrilling Jungle Safari. As the forest slowly came alive, the silence of the surroundings, the crisp morning air, and the anticipation of spotting wildlife created an unforgettable experience.
But the adventure didnโt stop there. As the day unfolded, the atmosphere shifted from exploration, the team dived into an exciting lineup of fun games and team-bonding activities that filled the day with laughter, friendly competitions, and unforgettable memories.
From high-energy outdoor challenges to collaborative group games, every activity sparked collaboration, and encouraged teams to bond together and the entire group became one unstoppable unit.
After a day of high energy and shared wins, the evening took on a life of its own. With our ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ณ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ, the celebration shifted the entire atmosphere. The formalities faded, conversations became effortless, and the room filled with a kind of energy you cannot script.
