There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on ThoughtSol. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. Also, there are no delivery charges. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

  • How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.

We accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard.

How do I make a payment using ThoughtSol’s credit card EMI option?

Once you’ve added the desired items to your ThoughtSol shopping cart, proceed with your order as usual by entering your address. When you’re prompted to choose a payment mode for your order, select ‘EMI’ & follow these simple steps:

  • Choose your credit card issuing bank you wish to pay from
  • Select the EMI plan of your preference
  • Enter your credit card details
  • Click ‘Save and Pay’

Please note that the full amount will be charged to your card on the day of the transaction.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns is a scheme provided by ThoughtSol directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered to you. All products listed on ThoughtSol’s website have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the returns policy.

The return policy is explained below:

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Unused ProductBefore returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted, and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged ProductThe product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged PackagingThe product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

  • General Rules for a successful Return
  • In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given
  • For products where installation is provided by ThoughtSol’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. ThoughtSol’s authorised personnel shall help in the unboxing and installation of the product.

‘In case the product was not delivered, and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.’

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

  • You can check the status of the product replacement, you requested. In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.
  • The items cannot be returned after the time-period mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy.
  • You can raise the request to return your items with these simple steps:

1. Log into your ThoughtSol account

2. Go to My Orders

3. Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return or exchange

4. Fill in the details and raise a return request

Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved, or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the ‘My Orders’ section of your ThoughtSol account.
