The objective of SolStar Award Night held at Lucknow was to honour the dedication and achievements of the outstanding SolStars of ThoughtSol Infotech adding to the company’s growth.

The annual ‘SolStar Award Night’ by ThoughtSol Infotech at Lucknow was an enormous success attended by 120+ employees and top management executives of the company. The event on July 6 brought together the entire team of ThoughtSol together. ThoughtSol employees are addressed as SolStar, and hence the Annual R&R night was called ‘SolStar Award Night’.

The objective of the annual event was to honour the dedication and achievements of the outstanding SolStars, and spend time together as a team, away from the office.

Holding the prestigious event outside Delhi for the first time and choosing the vibrant cities of Ayodhya and Lucknow added a special touch to the celebrations. Vinet Kuumar, CEO of ThoughtSol said,” Choosing these venues was more than a logistical decision; it was a deliberate choice to immerse ourselves in the profound cultural heritage of these divine Hindu cities, where principles of dharma and karma resonate deeply.”

Kickstarting the event; Vinet Kuumar, CEO. ThoughtSol gave a grand welcome to all the solstars at Taj Mahal, Lucknow. Post the opening speech of the CEO, a dance competition “Dance Dil Se” was conducted with 5 teams and three winning teams - Team Dance Maniacs, Team Baggad Bille and Team Filmy Feets - received the cash prizes for their spectacular performances.

Vinet said about the event, “For me, this event symbolized more than just an annual gathering. It wasn't just about the awards we presented; it was about celebrating each member of our team and the incredible contributions they have made to our success. It represented a decade of growth, innovation, and the dedication of our entire team.”

The SolStar Award Night had a masquerade theme party with dress code of Black formals for men and Red western wear for women. After the dance competition, a talent show “Shaan-E-Hunar” at the event witnessed the participation of 4 Solstars individually singing melodious songs, staged standup comedy, and a mimicry act.

On 6th July 2024, the team departed from Taj to Ayodhya, and they had the privilege of visiting the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, an opportunity for all to connect deeply with their cultural heritage and draw inspiration for the future endeavours.

The event was truly made special with the active participation and contribution of every single member of the ThoughtSol family, and I am incredibly proud of each one of our team for making this milestone event unforgettable, said Vinet.

More than 45 employees of ThoughtSol won awards in various categories including Tenure Awards - 5 Years of Service, Rising Star, Execution Excellence Award, Social Media Star, Service Excellence Award, Sales Achievement Award, Valuable Gem, across the company’s various functions of Sales, services, marketing, projects, operations, finance and others.
