"Parakram | Annual Conference’25"

This April, the ThoughtSol tribe came together for an extraordinary chapter in our shared journey—our Annual Review Conference 2025. Set against the rustic charm of "The Baagh Ananta Elite" resort in Ranthambore, the three-day experience held from 10th April to 12th April'25 wasn’t just a yearly checkpoint. It was a mission. A mission we called “Parakram: Unleash the Power Within.” From strategy to storytelling, data to dance, the retreat was thoughtfully crafted to help our people reflect, reconnect, and recharge.

Day One: The Ascent Begins

On the morning of 10th April, over 80 team members of ours boarded buses from Delhi, their hearts full of anticipation, laughter in the air, and a sense of adventure tying us all together. Upon arrival at the resort, the ThoughtSol family received a heartwarming welcome, complete with local folk music and a traditional Rajasthani greeting. The stage was set, and the mission was about to commence. Post check-in and a brief refresh, the first leg of the conference began, with our Founder & CEO, Mr. Vinet Kuumar, taking the helm.

“ThoughtSol isn’t just a business, it’s a battalion of believers and Parakram is not just a conference theme, it’s a way of thinking for the envisioned mission. It’s about understanding that the power we seek outside often already exists within us. This platform is where we reignite that power, share it with others, and use it to build something greater than ourselves.” — Vinet Kuumar

He led the ceremonial welcome of the new leadership members—Ashish Arora, Sr. Vice President (International Operations), Mr. Vijay Kumar Jaiswal, Vice President (Business Development) and, Mr. Nishant Sharma, General Manager (Enterprise Sales)—each bringing with them a unique blend of expertise and energy to push ThoughtSol’s global mission forward. Vinet also took a moment to introduce new joiners who had entered the system between 8 months to a year ago, forging deeper familiarity between individuals across functions and levels. As the session progressed, presentations from our Elite Club members offered rich insights into key achievements, customer impact, and forward-thinking strategies, reinforcing just how far we’ve come and where we’re headed next.

Day Two: Into the Wild & Into Our Purpose

Day two began at dawn, with the team setting off for a thrilling jungle safari at Ranthambore National Park. Across jeeps and forest trails, the IMF—our Impossible Mission Force—bonded in the lap of nature, exploring and celebrating not just the wild beauty around us but the collective power within us.

Returning from the safari, we regrouped for the second session of the conference, diving into future strategies, collaborative planning, and alignment across teams. The sessions were equal parts insightful and inspiring, driven by mutual accountability and a shared hunger to raise the bar.

And then came the night, one that glittered with glam, groove, and all things glorious. Our team let loose at the exclusive “Glam & Groove” night, donning all black and dancing the night away in celebration of the bonds we’d built and the victories we’d shared.

Day Three: Mission Debrief | Aligning Purpose with Power

The third day was the emotional and strategic crescendo of the retreat. The Mission Debrief, led by Mr. Vinet Kuumar, recapped the momentum of the past year, honoured those who’d exceeded expectations, and ignited a fresh sense of mission-readiness. He laid out the foundational pillars for our next phase of growth: collaboration, capability-building, and exceeding customer expectations.

Next, Mr. Ratan Dargan, Co-Founder & CTO, delivered a data-driven debrief, unveiling the impact our solutions have had and introducing a proactive roadmap for technology innovation.

“The pace of change has never been this fast, yet it will never be this slow again. At ThoughtSol, our responsibility is to stay ahead of that curve, not just by adapting, but by anticipating too. Every solution we deliver must be grounded in foresight, designed for scale, and aligned with what our clients need next, not just now.” — Ratan Dargan

Mrs. Bindiya Vohra, Co-Founder & Director (Digital Solutions) shared how the digital division is focusing on personalisation, process efficiency, and people-centric design.

“When we deliver digital solutions, our job is to see beyond the screen. We ask ourselves; how does this improve our client's business growth? Our strength lies in solving with empathy and delivering with precision. That’s the ThoughtSol difference.” — Bindiya Vohra

To round off the debrief, Mr. Saket Vohra, Co-Founder & Chief Customer Officer, mapped the future of client relationships, redefining what success means in a service-driven ecosystem. “Client success is not a milestone, it’s a mindset. Every interaction we have is an opportunity to build trust, exceed expectations, and turn delivery into delight. If we want loyalty, we must first lead with value.” — Saket Vohra

The Return: Carrying Power, Purpose, and Parakram Forward

As the IMF boarded the buses back to Delhi, the journey was no longer about distance. It was about direction. This retreat wasn’t a pause from work, it was a power reset. From boardroom brilliance to jungle adventures, from laughter-filled nights to vision-packed mornings, the Annual Review Conference at Ranthambore gave us more than just strategies. It gave us clarity, camaraderie, and courage. We return with heads held high, hearts inspired, and a deep, unified belief in one truth: “We are ThoughtSol. And the power within us is only just getting started.”
