We have regularly scheduled meetings for strategic planning and joint customer calls to address client needs collaboratively,” says Ratan.

There is enough opportunity for upsell/ cross sell in the existing customer base across Collaboration Tools: Enhancing productivity and communication and Azure: Expanding cloud capabilities and Security Solutions: Strengthening cybersecurity measures, says Rajesh.

“We expect new channel initiatives from Microsoft in 2024 to accelerate our overall business including more support in the SMB Space particularly in terms of cost management and training to maintain our SMB sector. Microsoft MAP that includes Advancing the Cloud Solution Partner (CSP) program will enhance our service offerings and reach,” says Rajesh.
