Every organisation has moments that define its culture, reflect its spirit, and bring its people closer than ever. For ThoughtSol, 5th July 2025 was one of those defining days; a chapter of joy, recognition, laughter, and unity written in the vibrant city of Jaipur. This year’s Annual Recognition & Rewards Night took place in the royal city of Jaipur, at The Lalit. It was a heartfelt celebration of everything that makes ThoughtSol not just a workplace, but a family.

The excitement began not at the venue, but much earlier on the morning of July 5th, when the entire ThoughtSol family set off together for Jaipur. As colleagues turned travel companions, the road echoed with music, friendly banter, inside jokes, and countless moments of joy. The journey was just a glimpse of the camaraderie, celebration, and inspiration that awaited us in the royal city.

Once in Jaipur, the celebration began with a quiet but powerful statement, our commitment to sustainability and smart solutions. Instead of the usual paper-based entry processes, we embraced a seamless, fully digital registration experience. That simple act reflected our promise to think ahead, act responsibly, and lead with intention.

As the sun began to set over the pink-hued skyline of Jaipur, all eyes turned toward the stage. The ceremonial lamp was lit by our inspiring leadership, Mr. Vinet Kuumar, Mr. Ratan Dargan, Mrs. Bindiya Vohra, Mr. Saket Vohra, and Mr. Yogesh Pal. That moment marked the official beginning of the Solstar Awards 2025, but more than that, it symbolised the light of vision, clarity, and community guiding ThoughtSol forward.

The evening began with an enchanting traditional Rajasthani folk performance by the Alankar Musical Group. Their music, steeped in the heritage and spirit of the region, filled the hall with warmth and wonder. With every note and rhythm, we were transported to the royal roots of Rajasthan, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. The tempo picked up as the Josh Dance Group took the stage with a burst of energy. Opening with a soulful Ganesh Vandana, their performance evolved into a rollercoaster of emotion and excitement.

From high-voltage Bollywood numbers to a breathtaking Tron act that turned the entire ballroom into a visual spectacle, their choreography became the heartbeat of the evening. The crowd clapped, cheered, and tapped their feet; no one could resist being swept up in the energy.

As the applause settled and the lights dimmed once more, the heart of the evening unfolded. The stage became a place of recognition, where achievements were not just announced but deeply felt. Employees across departments and roles were honoured for their dedication, resilience, and extraordinary contributions. Tenure Awards celebrated those who have stood by the company through the years, completing ten or five years of service with grace and consistency. Rising Star Awards spotlighted fresh talent that’s already begun making waves, while the Service Excellence and Above and Beyond Awards honoured those who push boundaries and set new benchmarks every day. The Most Valuable Gem and Iron Pillar Awards reminded us that some of the most impactful work often happens behind the scenes, driven by those who carry quiet strength and unwavering dependability. And of course, the Star Performer Awards gave the loudest cheers to those who’ve consistently delivered brilliance across the board. “At ThoughtSol, growth isn’t only measured in numbers. A new and meaningful addition to this year’s celebration was the introduction of employee-led clubs - Alpha Force, Momentum Crew, Phantom Core, and Spark Tank. Born from within the ThoughtSol community, these clubs represent the spirit of initiative, creativity, and shared passion that defines our internal culture. Their recognition was a proud reminder that leadership isn’t limited to titles; it’s seen in ideas, participation, and collaboration. Another much-anticipated highlight of the evening was the fun awards segment. Filled with laughter and surprise, this part of the night brought forward the quirky, unforgettable personalities that brighten our everyday lives. As names were announced and cheers rang out, the room came alive with joy. Everyone knew exactly who the Narad Muni was. The Email Ninja earned admiration for lightning-fast replies. The Late Latif award earned knowing laughter, while the Midnight Owl had everyone nodding in agreement. The Chai-Sutta Captain took a lighthearted bow. Style took center stage with Best Dressed Male and Female. The Bade Log award and Ms. Drama Queen were met with applause and giggles, while Lord of Leaves sealed the segment with the kind of fun only inside jokes can deliver.

Threading the entire night together with grace, humour, and a natural flair was our emcee, Ms. Rimjhim Dubey. Her energy kept the room buzzing, and her effortless ability to transition from moment to moment gave the evening a rhythm of its own. As the formal program came to a close, the night took on a new spirit. The ballroom transformed into a dance floor, the DJ turned up the music, and the celebration took on a new beat. No hierarchy, no departments; just one ThoughtSol family moving to the music, laughing together, dancing freely, and embracing the joy of the moment. The floor lit up with energy, selfies turned into dance reels, and memories were made that will last well beyond the night.

Solstar Awards 2025 wasn’t just about trophies or titles. It was about identity. It was about celebrating who we are, recognising how far we’ve come, and reigniting the spark for everything that lies ahead. It reminded us that behind every project, presentation, and performance are people, real people, who bring heart, hustle, and hope into everything they do. As we look back on that night, we don’t just remember the lights and music; we remember the faces, the connections, and the collective heartbeat of a company moving forward together. Here’s to the memories we made, the milestones we celebrated, and the many more we will create together, as one ThoughtSol family.
